Pink Doors

I’m always had a soft spot for pink (mildly speaking) and have fallen in love with the idea of having a Pink Front Door. Growing up in the 80’s, my mom had a pink frenzy using pink wall papers all across the house, and while I love the colour it left me rather reluctant to use it in-house for a long time. Done wrong, pink can certainly look over-the-top tacky and too girly, but with careful selection of the right shade, it can provide both a sophisticated and mature look – pale romantic shades like ballerina pink, is related to sensual compassion, unconditional love and understanding while a screaming-out-loud Fuschia represent confidence, assurance and maturity. Gentle or fiery, there are endless shade combinations to explore for your next home make-over project.
